By varying workout structure, intensity, and length daily, we keep training fun, challenging, and focused on burning fat, building stamina, and creating well-rounded, resilient bodies.

Teen Strength & Conditioning

The teen strength and conditioning program offers teens of all ages and athletic backgrounds the benefits of functional training, including improved fitness, injury prevention, and a positive attitude toward exercise—building a strong foundation for success in sports and lifelong physical health. Classes provide hands-on coaching through warm-ups, mobility, strength, technical work, conditioning, and cool downs in a fun, challenging setting. The varied programming uses the full resources of an adult gym and is tailored to meet each participant's abilities, needs, and goals.
