The first day I walked into TTP, I was super intimidated!! There were people strutting around in bikinis training for a body-building competition. I soon learned that not everyone has the same goals and there are plenty of people just like me at TTP (just average 40 year olds trying to get strong)! I have been working with Susy for a year now and she is the best. She pushes me to my edge each session (think noodle arms, on the verge of vomiting, laying on the ground). She is so dedicated and always makes time for me to come in, even super early in the morning. Susy has given me tons of tips like overnight oats with a protein shake/Greek yogurt and berries on top, which is my new go-to breakfast. Susy is calm and caring. She is part personal trainer, part counselor, and an amazing encourager. Because of her, I have decreased my body fat by 10% and gained muscle mass. 💪 I love the family-like atmosphere at TTP!

What's the best way to get started?

During your trial you'll meet our instructors, mingle with our awesome community, and train harder than you ever thought possible. Only then can you decide if this Fitness Gym is right for you.

How long does it take to see results?

Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have water for purchase.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you.. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

How often should I come?

2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends that might share the same interest(s) as you!

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
