What to expect during the assessment?

  • Goal Setting and Health History Review
    Your personal trainer will discuss your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, strength building, or improving overall health. They'll also review your health history, including any injuries or medical conditions, to create a safe and effective plan tailored to you.
  • Fitness Level Evaluation
    Through a series of basic movements and exercises, the trainer will assess your current fitness level, mobility, and strength. This helps identify areas of improvement and ensures your program is customized to your needs.
  • Program Recommendation
    Based on your goals, health history, and fitness level, the trainer will outline a personalized plan, providing a clear path to success and setting realistic expectations for your fitness journey.
