I attended my first CrossFit class here and had no clue what to expect. The staff is friendly and take the time to show you how to do each move safely. The members are helpful with showing you equipment and one even gave me a boost to reach the pull-up bar because I'm 5 feet tall. :) The hour flies by with the circuit. If it's your first time taking a class make sure you stretch before and bring a towel if you want to use their shower. If you're curious, just do it! It's a blast.
