  • Members should be willing to come to our facility for the next 6 weeks to take and finish the challenge. You really need to want this. We got your back.
  • Members should enjoy working in a team environment where positive energy is given and positive energy is received.
  • Members should be committed to making this change for the good of all but most importantly for yourself. You can do this. We are rooting for you.
  • Members should leave all their ego and drama at home. Let us focus on being better versions of ourselves through our program.
  • Members should be disciplined to also have a nutrition plan that will perfectly go along with our workout.
  • Members must respect the rules of the gym. We are here to give you the best possible workout experience that will help transform your life for the better.
