We are visiting from the west coast and have been doing CrossFit for a long time. My daughter and I signed up for 2 classes, got the third one free. We went to the morning 7am class. The coaches were very friendly, very attentive, and we had a great experience. The gym is in a great location, has all the amenities, clean and cozy. Will definitely go back.

First class today. Been doing CrossFit for some time and had a lot of drop ins. Very impressed with the class structure, the organization, the programming.
